Responsible Minerals (formerly Conflict Minerals) Application: Opens September 1, 2023 for the 2022 Reporting Year

For your Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) submission to be considered on-time, the CMRT must be uploaded into the Conflict Minerals Application by November 1, 2023. 

All suppliers that provide parts that contain 3TG (Responsible Minerals (formerly Conflict Minerals)) and don't meet the submission deadline, will be considered delinquent resulting in a red rating in the Sourceability Report for Responsible Minerals (formerly Conflict Minerals).

GM encourages use of smelters or refiners (SOR) that are validated as conflict-free SORs wherever possible, as stated in our Responsible Minerals (formerly Conflict Minerals) Policy (see Document Library).
